Lauren Bandele lives in Houston, TX with her husband and children. She rises each day to take on the adventures and sometimes challenges of being a SAHM (Stay at Home Mom). You can often hear her say that her children are her greatest accomplishment; she has taken time off from her career, devoted her time, many skills, and love, to ensure their success. Throughout her journey as a SAHM, Lauren has discovered writing and set out to become a self-published author. Although becoming an author is new to Lauren's many life-works. She is no stranger to exploring design and the creative mind. Lauren comes from an interior design background and has been in the industry as a contract designer for over a decade. However, her first love has ALWAYS been working with children to form solid foundations, yet establishing unique and safe environments. As a youth leader for 15 years, Lauren has had the privilege of working with and mentoring various children within her community, with ages ranging from 5 to 18 years old. She has successfully reached many young people with her natural talent in design and continues to reach the younger generation through various art forms.

Lauren's love for all art forms is what makes her unique. She has always pulled inspiration from her community and set out to solve problems through her designs. As a loving and devoted mother of two, she now pulls the bulk of her inspiration from her children and creates new color palettes and boards through beautifully colored stories. She has found another way to speak to children and with the support of her community Lauren looks forward to reaching children around the world with her stories.
